XiMi User Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using XiMi, you agree to this User Agreement and the XiMi Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you use XiMi on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

What XiMi Provides

XiMi provides tools for selecting local videos, capturing high-definition frames, saving images to Shelf, and applying film-style visual effects on device. The app may also include Settings, Store, About, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement screens.

XiMi is a creative utility. It does not provide cloud hosting, backup storage, professional legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use XiMi lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the app to create, store, process, or share content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, invades privacy, or harms others.

You are responsible for the videos and images you choose to import, process, save, rename, delete, export, or share.

Your Media and Local Content

You retain any rights you have in the videos, frames, titles, and edited images you create or store with XiMi. XiMi does not claim ownership of your media.

XiMi stores Shelf files and app state locally in the app sandbox. You are responsible for backing up important content through your own device, iCloud, or other tools if you want to preserve it outside the app.

Deleting files inside XiMi, deleting the app, device failure, operating system changes, or storage cleanup may result in loss of local content.

Consumable Coins and In-App Purchases

XiMi may offer optional consumable in-app purchases. A purchase gives you a one-time coin pack added to your in-app balance after a successful App Store transaction.

• Coins unlock individual premium actions inside XiMi.
• Every coin action displays its coin cost before the action is confirmed.
• Coins are consumable digital items and are not an auto-renewing subscription.
• Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Coins are not transferable between accounts, users, devices, or apps, except where Apple platform behavior or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

No purchase includes ad removal, a subscription, transferable assets, cloud storage, or any entitlement outside XiMi unless it is expressly stated in the app.

Availability and Changes to Features

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of XiMi at any time. Some features may require device permissions, network access, iOS compatibility, App Store availability, or sufficient coin balance.

We do not guarantee that any feature will be available at all times or on every device.

XiMi Intellectual Property

XiMi, including its software, interface, visual design, icons, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use XiMi only as permitted by this Agreement and applicable App Store terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from XiMi except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

XiMi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Visual results may vary depending on source video quality, device capabilities, iOS behavior, app settings, and selected film parameters.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of XiMi.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using XiMi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to app features if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement, misused the app, or created legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections on purchases, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and contact.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice inside the app or through the agreement page.

Your continued use of XiMi after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
